There are three different types of Parish Council Meetings, as outlined below. All enquiries should be sent to the Clerk at
Regular Parish Council Meetings
The Parish Council holds meetings approximately every two months.
Next meeting: 27th July 2022

Extraordinary Parish Council Meetings
Occasionally The Parish Council holds extraordinary meetings as needed, generally for planning matters. In the event of such a meeting, the Agenda and Minutes will be available.
Next meeting: AS NEEDED
Annual Parish Council Meeting
(and Annual Parish Meeting)
Held each year, generally in April or May but always before June 1st, this is the statutory annual meeting of the Parish Council, and summarises the actions of the last year while looking forward to the next. The yearly election for the Chair is also held at this meeting.
This is combined with the Annual Parish meeting. The village holds an annual meeting to discuss general village issues, which is not a Parish Council meeting but it is convened by the Chair of the PC.
The evening is intended to take stock of what has happened in the last year – and to give some thought as to what you would like to see happen in the future. It is also a chance to say thank you for everyone’s hard work.
Next meeting: before 1st June 2023
Publication of the AGENDA and MINUTES OF THE MEETINGS.
These will be published both on the Notice Board and on this website as well as being circulated by email to all parishioners who have requested them. (Note: minutes are published as draft minutes and are signed at the next Parish Council Meeting).
Transparency
The agenda is affixed to the Parish Notice Board at least three clear days before the meeting and issued to each Councillor, with any supporting documentation. (A clear day does not include the day of the notice or the day of the meeting and excludes weekends and Bank Holidays.)
If you require any previous agendas or minutes, please contact the Clerk.
